He consistently failed to take accountability, pushed responsibilities back onto me instead of handling them, and made an already stressful situation much worse. Rather than providing support and solutions, he avoided ownership of mistakes and left me dealing with the fallout. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns, Andrew tried to pick a fight with me instead of handling the issue professionally.
